In collaboration with our associates we can offer hotel owners looking for an experienced management team the following service:
Our management fee would be a fixed percentage of turnover, this fee to be negotiated and agreed with the owner prior to the signing of the contract.
After the second month the management team will guarantee 75% annual occupancy of the hotel or we do not receive the agreed management fees. | |
| The base fee is normally accepted as 5% of turnover, net of VAT, plus an incentive fee of 20% of net profits payable to the management team once the owner's financial goals have been attained.
We would also negotiate with large premium tour operators based in England, Netherlands, France, Germany and Switzerland.
The management contract term is 2 years with an option to purchase the freehold hotel property within this period at a fixed agreed purchase price, or market value.
Should the option to purchase not be taken within 30 days of the end of the 2 year contract period, the hotel owner can offer the property to a third party for sale. Any new owner can either continue the management agreement, or cancel the agreement at the point of change of ownership.
